APPLICATION FEE | $50 per adult applicant

We evaluate all rental applications based on verification of identification, employment, income, rental history, and credit history.

  • Two forms of ID required - US Driver's License / Resident Alien card / Social Security Card / Passport
  • Approximately 2 1/2 times the monthly rent as income (GROSS INCOME)
  • A credit report and application are required for all applicants 18 and over.
  • Employment verification: 4 most recent pay stubs and verbal confirmation of employment.
  • Employed for a minimum of 6 months at current employment. 
  • Verification of prior rental history up to 3 years (when possible).
  • $50 application fee non refundable to cover credit report and all other aspects of verifying information on your application
  • Holding deposit of $300.00 per household. (Non-Refundable after 3 days from approval)
  • Pet rent $40.00 per pet, 2 pets max
  • Resident's utilities : water, sewer, garbage, electricity, gas and solar. (Separate from rent)
  • ***Renters Insurance is MANDATORY****
  • ANY FALSE INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON AN APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
